AlfaFlame 800 kW or 2x800 kW wood chips hot air heaters has been designed for grain dryers, industrial halls, greenhouses and other areas requiring ample heat and dry air. We deliver overpressure furnaces. Possibility to build a two heaters system that allows you to use the heaters together or separately. See the technical drawing (PDF) above.
Technical details:
- air-cooled and equipped with a movable grate
- 2x7,5 kW radial fan 35 000 m3/h, 600 Pa
- primary and secondary air fans equipped with frequency converters, gear motor to move the grate
- 800 kW air-to-air overpressure heat exchanger with flue gas fan and a piping system. Flue gas fan has a frequency converter
- storage conveyer and burner conveyer are eqipped with gear motors
- rotary feeder between of the conveyers
- extinguishing system and many other safety systems
- control unit with PLC and remote control
- maximum drying air temperature 100 C
- rated power can be reached with average-quality wood chips with the moisture content of maximum 30%. If the moisture content of the wood chips is 20-50%, fuel consumption doubles
